Frequently Asked Questions
WHERE IS VIRTKL MADE?
Virtkl is proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured right here in Australia — no offshore shortcuts, no compromise on quality. Every post, pole, and panel is made in Albury Wodonga, a region that knows both blistering summers and freezing winters firsthand. That matters, because our fencing is built to thrive in real Aussie conditions, not just on paper.
Made by experienced engineers who understand compliance, performance, and practicality, Virtkl products are tested to withstand harsh temperature swings, extreme UV exposure, and long-term wear — all while looking good and staying safe. When we say it’s tough, we mean it. Because we live with the same weather you're installing it in.
So when you choose Virtkl, you’re not just buying locally — you're investing in a fencing system built by Australians, for Australian backyards.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY AREA?
Please refer to our measurement guide. (Nathan to supply PDF)
WHAT IF I NEED A GATE?
Of course you do, every great fence needs a grand entrance. Check out our Gates page for options that match perfectly with your Virtkl system. They’re just as easy to install, compliant, and built to last. Because what’s a pool fence without the gateway to glory?
WHAT IF I NEED HELP INSTALLING THE FENCE?
We are working on building a database of authorised Virtkl installers which we are excited to launch in the months to come.
For now, we can provide you with a brief installation PDF which you can show or forward to your pool builder, fence installer, or landscaper to confirm they are willing to assist.
A full instructional guide and supporting videos will be sent with your Virtkl purchase.
